CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

• No guarantee (no deposit made): Ssese Islands Beach Hotel will   not guarantee your booking until 50% deposit is made to reserve   your accommodation.

50% deposit:

• This deposit is taken by the hotel in order to hold your room. Cancellation made 48 hrs before checking-in date, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct 1(one) full night off the deposit. The remaining nights can be booked again within the following 3 (three) months from the cancellation date.

100% full-payment.

• This guarantees/confirms your booking:  Cancellation made 72 hours and above before your checking-in date, the hotel reserves the right to deduct 1(one) full night off the payment. The remaining nights can be booked again within the following 4 (four) months from the cancellation date.

Please note:

• To avoid embarrassment, please do not turn up at the Hotel until you get written confirmation from the Hotel Management confirming   your booking transfer. This is to avoid over-booking. 
• No one will be checked-in without the booking transfer endorsed   by the Hotel Management.
• Cash is not refundable.
• One cancellation is allowed at any one booking.

Payments

• To confirm accommodation booking, advance payment of at least   50% is required.
• To confirm booking during peak season i.e. Easter, Christmas and    New Year, 100% advance payment is required.

Ssese Islands Beach Hotel Ltd, Port Bell Road, Plot 548 Kitintale Central, Kampala. OR  At our Sister Company “Spot Clean Dry Cleaners” – Garden City, Lower Ground floor or on Plot 8, Jinja Road, Opposite GAPCO Petrol Station or Spot clean Dry Cleaners Lugogo Mall next to Barclays Bank ATM, Kampala
